We took the Green Mountain West Trail straight to the summit instead of doing the loop or checking out the cliffs, but we’ll be saving those for next time. The highlight of this hike for me was the little rock tower on the summit with a metal slab with peaks to help you identify the peaks in the distance. Very cool!

Gorgeous, green view from the summit. It took us about 2.2 miles to reach this point and then another 2.2 miles back to the car. The summit was 8,150 ft, so another 8er to the list. Many, many more to go!
