Prospect Mountain, Estes Park, Co

The first time I was on top of this mountain was over a year ago via the tram to the cafe. This time, we hiked all the way up to the top ourselves and really enjoyed it. The beginning was really steep and I honestly wasn’t feeling it at first, but we dredged on and it became a lot easier the further we went.

The summit offers a beautiful view of Longs Peak and many other peaks in the Front Range. My favorite part is finding the previous mountains we’ve hiked. We had a perfect view of Lily Mountain and I could really see where it’s name come from.

Can you tell which mountain in this picture is Lily Mountain?
